## What you can do at Booth Y13-14
Trade fairs are only worth the flight if you leave with answers, not brochures. Here is what we have set the booth up for.
**Handle the ceramic, don’t just look at it.** Product photos flatten everything. The difference between a well-fired kamado body and a cheap one shows up in wall thickness consistency, the finish, and the way the lid seats. We bring bodies you can open, close, and inspect.
**Talk to people who know the production line.** Our team will include staff who work with the kiln schedule and QC process day to day — not only sales. If you want to know how a 100-metre computer-controlled electric tunnel kiln changes firing consistency at volume, you can ask someone who watches it.
**Work through your own specification.** Bring your target retail price, your market, and your container plan. We can talk through which sizes and finishes fit that, what the carton and loading figures look like for your volume, and what a realistic production window is for your delivery date. Our sample lead time is about 7 days and mass production runs 20–30 days after deposit — those numbers matter when you are working backwards from a Q4 or spring reset.
**Discuss OEM and private label in person.** Since 2013 our plant has been set up for more flexible OEM terms, and colour and logo customisation has been part of what we do since the kamado division started in 2010. Face-to-face is simply a faster way to align on finishes, packaging artwork, and tooling questions than a document exchange.

In twenty minutes you can see whether the ceramic bodies are consistent between units, whether the lid and hinge feel like they will survive a shipping container, and whether the people answering your questions are the people who make the product.
